My conception of a slow cooker repast is one that I can put together in the morning and come back 8 or so hours later to a plenarily cooked repast. Most of the recipes in this cookbook call for 4 hour cook times. I suppose I could utilize the recipes on weekends when I run errands...

I cannot believe how many recipes in this cookbook are completely awesome. It is rare that my family uses more than a handful of recipes in a single book. We've had the book for a month, we've tried at least 15 recipes, and we've bookmarked at least 10 to keep in regular rotation. Sure, they're not all slow cooker, but who cares? A reliable cookbook can be hard to find and this one is a complete winner.

I feel good knowing I’m eating healthy and she has such good suggestions to make weeknight meals easier. Recipes are all simple enough to follow, but never boring on the palette.

I had to make an exception for this cookbook since I rarely leave reviews here on Amazon. If I could summarize this cookbook into one single word – it would be "unbelievable". Somehow I picked it out of all the so-called healthy cookbooks and decided to give it a try. I can't say this cookbook is beautifully presented but something in it has drawn my attention, and now I can tell that this cookbook is well-made mainly thanks to the variety of recipe it is offering. I can't answer for all the two hundred and fifty recipes, but I can speak for some in particular, such as Beef Curry, Lamb Stew, Moroccan Eggplant Mash.

Easy cookbook for everyday choices those who follow ketogenic diet need to make. It is believed that keto can heal your body – I don’t know about that but I’m going to find out since all the meals I’ve been cooking recently fall under this diet category. We are what we eat – that’s for sure, and if your conscience condemns you considering all the foods you prepare or buy and consume – this is the time to rethink the food choices you’re addicted to.

Some people might find the excessive amount of pork and seafood in here, just as I did. I substitute all the ingredients I find unacceptable and change the recipes to my liking – the outcome is great every time. I have so missed desserts on the ketogenic eating previously and there’s an abundance of easy-to-follow and doable ones in here.

There are many healthy and interesting recipes to try in this cookbook even if you are not strictly Keto and want to stay healthy and improve your health. There are no meal plans in here, but you can make them yourself, doing some really amazing stuff thanks to the variety of ideas offered in this cookbook. Every meal I’ve made from the cookbook has been tasty – just don’t try your first recipe on a morning before work because you may find the meal not done before you have to leave. Some of these recipes need extra attention and prep-time to make them just right.
